Account, Registration & Login Questions

Registration is free and takes under two minutes. Visit 3 rrm.pro/register, enter your Pakistani mobile number, choose a strong password and confirm you are 18 or older. Once your number is verified via SMS, your account is active and you can make your first PKR deposit straight away.

To register you need an active Pakistani mobile number and a password. Basic account creation does not require uploading a national ID upfront. However, when you request your first withdrawal, identity verification is required — this is standard across all online platforms and protects your account. Having your CNIC details ready before your first cash-out speeds up the process considerably.

On the login page, tap "Forgot password?" and enter the mobile number you registered with. You will receive an SMS with a one-time verification code. Enter the code, set a new password and you are back in. If you no longer have access to your registered number, contact 3rrm support directly — they will verify your identity through other means before restoring access.

No. Each player is permitted one account on 3rrm. Creating duplicate accounts violates the platform terms and conditions, and both accounts may be suspended if detected. If you have trouble accessing your existing account, use the password reset option or contact support — do not create a new account to work around a login issue.

Accounts are temporarily locked after several consecutive failed login attempts as a security precaution. Wait around 20–30 minutes, then try again with the correct password. If the lock persists, or if your account was suspended for another reason such as a self-exclusion period you previously set, contact 3rrm support via the help channel in your account for a full explanation and resolution steps.

For verified accounts, most withdrawals are processed within a few hours. First-time withdrawals may take slightly longer due to the identity verification step.

Delays in withdrawal processing are most commonly caused by one of three things: your account verification is still pending, your withdrawal request was submitted during a high-volume period, or there is a pending wagering requirement on a bonus you claimed. Check your account notifications first — 3rrm usually sends a message if additional steps are needed. If everything looks clear on your end, contact support with your withdrawal reference number.

If a cricket match is abandoned before reaching the minimum overs required for a result — as set out in the ICC playing conditions — bets are typically voided and your stake is returned to your PKR wallet. If a match is shortened by rain but a Duckworth-Lewis result is declared, bets are usually settled on that result. The exact rules depend on the specific market. Yes. 3rrm offers live in-play betting on PSL fixtures and other major cricket matches. Odds update ball by ball and market availability changes in real time during the game. To access live markets, go to the Bet section and look for matches marked as live. You will need to be logged in with a funded PKR wallet to place in-play bets.

Winnings are calculated based on the odds displayed at the time you confirm your bet, multiplied by your stake in PKR. For example, if you place PKR 500 at odds of 2.50, your total return on a winning bet would be PKR 1,250 (PKR 750 profit plus your original PKR 500 stake). The potential payout is always shown on the bet slip before you confirm, so there are no surprises at settlement.
